On September 6, 1957, the jurist Ana María Lanuza García was born . Since October 2016, she has been the deputy prosecutor of the civil specialty and people with disabilities at the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Valencia.
Attached to the Association of Prosecutors and with a great capacity for work, she collaborates in any events requested to disseminate especially the content of her delicate Fax Lists function in the Prosecutor's Office , and thus we cite some of them such as the one on February 8, 2023, in the Meeting of Notaries and Valencian Justice on the topic of disability; also in February but 2018 at the Forum on Justice and Disability ; on July 19, 2012, organized by the Illustrious Bar Association of Valencia at the Conference on shared custody .
Likewise, it also did so in May 2014 at the preparatory work sessions for the study on "Listening and the best interests of minors" organized by the Office of the Ombudsman and which, along with other work, served the Ombudsman, Soledad Becerril , to publish her valued work.
Organized by the Aequitas Foundation and the Center for Legal Studies of the Ministry of Justice in March 2015, he attended a conference under the direction of Lieutenant Prosecutor Gonzalo López Ebrí and, together with him, Felisa Alcántara Barbey , José Antonio Nuño de la Rosa and Amores , and Jaime Cussac Grau , all of them from the Valencia Prosecutor's Office, masterfully dealt with the topic of: Civil and criminal aspects of guardianship, conservatorship and de facto custody .
The Technical Secretariat of the State Attorney General's Office entrusted him with the direction of an in-person course for the training and improvement of the prosecutor's career on: Criminal records and recidivism. Suspension of sentences and substitute expulsion .
At its meetings in May and November 2020, the Fiscal Council made the reiterated request in April 2021 that the Minister grant the Prosecutor Ana María Lanuza García her incorporation into the Order of Saint Raymundo de Penyafort and, during 2021, together Manuel Dolz , prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Rosa Ana Moran, chief prosecutor of the Anti-Drug Prosecutor's Office, were awarded the Cross of Honor of this Order.
