Hi, I think the problem is that some of the problems that are currently doing its rounds are being left unattended for to long so people get more and more frustrated the longer these issues remain unresolved. I know you guys can really only say its being worked on but when certain things take months then you slowly but surely will see some people go from frustrated to outright angry. Like I said larger more complex mechanics take time but hotfixes for bugs and things like that should really be coming faster. I really think that would calm down a large portion of the community but again not really something the CM's can do anything about but it would be nice if you suggested it during meetings. Now its not my place to say when to close topics but in some cases you closed it before people could answer you back and might have felt unsatisfied with it and had no chance to respond with a counter argument. Sure some were just toxic and then yeah its their own mistake but I have seen a few that I had to scratch my had and just thought... "that was not really necessary".
